In this module, you’ll leave with a set of simple tools and tips to eliminate and prevent barriers in your training (and any other documents) right from the start.

-How to use the Accessibility Checker in MS Word. - Make your PowerPoint accessible to learners and trainers.

-How to test if your text and shape colours are readable.
-How to add Alt Text to images and why.
-How to make hyperlinks work with screen readers.
-Best practices when you include screenshots.
-How to check the reading order in MS PowerPoint. - Virtual Training – Accessibility options available with MS Teams and Zoom.
