What Goes Where?
For the development pathway you are designing, you have:
- Identified the Need-to-Know content vs the Nice-to-Know Content
- Written the Behavioural Based Objectives for the modules
Now you need to determine the best method for transferring the content so that the objectives are met (video, lesson, eLearning, webinar, face-to-face …) – with observational evidence. So how do we do that, without just guessing?
