Your Challenge During Our Time Together
To start conversations with Subject Matter Experts and determine whether training is the answer and if it is, develop the first draft development outline.
To help with your challenge, expect to uncover:
- The purpose of training?
- How to determine a performance gap
- 3 Vital Questions to ask to determine whether is training is the answer?
- How to write the aim of a development pathway
- How to select the need-to-know content vs the nice-to-know content of a pathway
- How to write behavioural based objectives that can be observed and measured
- How to select the best way to transfer content eg eLearning, digital lesson, webinar, face-to-face
- How to measure the impact of the suggested training in real money
- How to work in partnership with your Subject Matter Experts (including an Agile approach to development)
Our first training will be on Thursday 16 July 2020 starting at 10:00 am CET until 11:30 CET.

Can I ask you to print the file below (placemat) – ideally A3 double sided but if not A4. If you do not have access to a printer, then you can use the ‘placemat within PowerPoint (I’ve left it in PowerPoint format). Also, if you can have a small blank booklet to make your notes, that would be great.

We will be using VoIP so I suggest a headset if you have one with in-built microphone (you smartphone headset will work). If not, then of course, you can use your computers in-build sound system.
