The app that I used for the 'Welcome' message and experience questions is VideoAsk. There is a free and paid version. The link is:

It has a lot more business uses than simple 'Welcome' messages.

How To Create Training Games And Activities Using PowerPoint

Templates
- Click here for the 'Break The Wall' template. Simply download, insert your own picture, click on your inserted picture and Shape Format in the ribbon and send to back (or right click on your inserted image and select 'send to back').
- Click here for the 'Fly Down' template. Simply right click on each of the existing images and select Change Picture and select your own image from your PC or from Stock Images. nb - the existing images are above the white slide area ie scroll up or reduce the view to see/access them.
- Click here for the 'Jeopardy' game template. Simply add your own categories for questions and add the questions and answers to the following pages.

For the Bingo, here are the instructions for creating a bingo game with your content key words that you can use in the physical training room. You can then adapt that to work as I used it and to work for live virtual training.
- Click here for the Bingo Cards. Simply replace each occurance of say, 'Feedback' with one of your workshop words. Whatever you replace 'Close' for will be the word where everyone shouts BINGO - so make it a key word.
