Are Your Games Working For Your Learners’ Brains?
Ensuring your games work with the brain, not against it

I’ve been thinking a lot about the games we use in training. Some seem to really help learning stick. Others are engaging in the moment… but I’m not always sure what they’re doing for the brain.
During this module let's take a closer look at what actually makes a game brain-friendly. Not to design new ones, but to examine the games we already use and consider how they support attention, memory, inclusion, and practical learning outcomes.
Podcast Episode
In this short podcast, 'Designing Games for Durable Learning', you’ll be introduced to some of the pros and potential cons of using games (and activities) within training and what to consider to ensure that they work with the brain and not against it.
