This bootcamp is not about being a spectator, it's a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up journey where you’ll actively develop your own training throughout the process. We’ll work together for around the first 30-minutes of each module followed by around 30 minutes for you to develop and apply these ideas to your own live virtual training.

What – Uncover 5 NEW techniques for building rapport and engage learners BEFORE they arrive for their training.
You’ll create - the pre-engagement for your own training using one or more of these methods.
What - How to utilise the latest whiteboard features. Features are great, but let’s use them to engage learners. Experience new interactive ways to OPEN (5 activities), CLOSE (5 activities), and REVIEW content (5 activities).
You’ll create – a whiteboard template with an opening, close and review ready to be used during your next virtual training.

What - Explore a 4-part model for creating totally interactive and collaborative content modules where your learners are DOING 70-80% of the work. You’ll take away 4 practical ideas for each stage of model ie 16 ideas. Use this template and these ideas whenever you’re designing training.
You’ll create/redesign – one of your own training modules ensuring that 70-80% of the module is your learners DOING.
What - A template for ensuring that you and your learners interact at least every 4-minutes.
You’ll create – using the template, you’ll map out your workshop guaranteeing that your learners are either collaborating in breakout rooms or that they are engaging with you and other learners at least every 4-minutes.
