My name is David Gibson and I’ll be your training facilitator over the coming months.
Here you'll find all the information that you'll need for our time together including:

- Handouts and resources for each module (once dates are confirmed).

At present, you'll only see the dates for 'Using MS Teams As A Virtual Training Room'. Together, we will schedule dates for further development modules.
We'll also use this area to add resources, where you can ask questions or post files for feedback.
Our first time together will be exploring using MS Teams as a Virtual Training Platform (either 9 March or 6 April).

Separating The Need-To-Know Content From The Nice-To-Know Content

Duration - 75 Minutes
This episode will take you along the path of being able to decide what training can and cannot help achieve and from that, whether training is really the solution to what you (and the organisation) currently see as a performance gap – because training is not the solution to everything.
If training is going to be the solution, then you’ll write the aim of the training. With that aim in mind, we’ll then use a matrix to select the key content that the business needs your learners to start using that they are not using now.
