How to Write Behavioural Based Objectives

Tuesday 1 March 2022

Start time - 11:00 CET

Duration - 90 Minutes

You wouldn't start building a house without a building plan such as size, number of rooms, electrical wiring diagrams etc.  The same is true when it comes to designing training.  You need a very specific plan for the training you're building.  The foundation stones of which are your training objectives.

Strong, specific objectives help give your training a great structure as well as giving you an easy way to evaluate the outcomes of your training.

BUT objectives are really for behind the scenes – that is, for the business and for you to design and facilitate from. But what about your learners – how do we transform these into something to excite your learners? Well, that’s exactly what you’ll learn to do during this live virtual training.
